<sub>[ Honestly, she hadn't even thought about doing this part of the tasks for the day since she was much too meek to actually ask this of anyone on the team and it was far too embarrassing since the only ones on the team that she was closest to were guys. She would never ask that of them since that's inappropriate!

Kotori wasn't expecting visitors, but it seemed like the rest of the house was busy, so when she heard the doorbell ring, of course she went to answer it! ]</sub>

Eh? Hello, Yachi-san! What brings you here today?! _{[ Sure, she knew that she was on the blue team, but the thought hadn't ran across her mind yet. ]}

[ she'd gone over it a number of times in her head: open the packet, pull out the day's letter, point at the task, calmly ask kotori if maybe she'd be okay with a quick, embarrassed butt touch that they both get big points for, and offer to take her out for tea as an apology and get to know her a little bit better and hopefully ensure that kotori doesn't have the impression of her as makoto's strange daughter who asks to touch butts. kotori has seemed really nice from her visits and from other people, and yachi didn't want to get off on the complete wrong foot.

as the door opens, she takes a deep breath, but as soon as she opens her eyes and sees kotori, all her plans for action fly completely out the window.

she at least does pull out the day's letter, but in the process, drops the rest of the packet. oh well. collateral damage. ]

Ah! Kotori-san! You're blue too, right? I-I mean on the blue team, not sad; though if you are, maybe we can go out for tea anyway if it'll cheer you up!

Umm...if you didn't already, I mean I'd understand if you had because you seem very popular and sweet, but! One of our tasks today is mutual...[ her voice drops to almost a whisper, all but turning her head to make sure they were alone and she can't be overheard ]...butt touching. A-and! If you don't mind, and I wouldn't be offended if you said no, but I thought I should ask, since it's a lot of points for both of us and we're both girls so you're the only person I even think I could ask, much less do it, b-but, b-butts!

[ her eyes are still darting around, but she forces herself to meet kotori's eyes at the last bit; she at least owes her that much, asking this of her, and her hands are gripping the paper far too tightly, almost crumpling it.

_{[ Kotori nodded happily, glad to have found another member of her team that she sort of knew! She didn't know Yachi that well, but she knew enough to know that she was really sweet and didn't come here with any ill intent! ]}

_{[ Did...what already because she's popular? Kotori blinked and tilted her head while Yachi speak, and of course the more she spoke, the redder her face became. But...Yachi was sooo cute as she babbled like that! It's not like she really wanted to touch butts with anyone, but Yachi was too cute so she wouldn't mind at all, especially if it helped the team! ]}

I understand, Yachi-san! We can do that since it will give our team a lot of points! We're both girls, so it's okay! I'm fine with it! _{[ She smiled at Yachi, opening the door for her if she wanted to come inside for a moment so that they wouldn't have to really publicly touch butts. ]}

I'm just glad we can for the team since I don't think I could...with a boy...you know?!

[ honestly, her mind blanks out for a second, going over all the ways she totally screwed that up and now kotori probably thinks she's crazy and weird. but then through the haze, she sees kotori...smiling? and the words "I understand"??? and "it's okay!"???

an angel. and understanding angel, that's was kotori was. yachi almost feels weightless from the stress that leaves her as kotori opens the door, welcoming her in. really, everyone here has been so understanding and nice, letting her in as easily as karasuno had.

she flashes a quick smile as she going inside, nodding quickly and she reaches down to take off her shoes. ]

Me too! [ her face is bright red as she just thinks about it; this is hard enough. she's pretty sure she'd explode if she had to agree to it, much less ask any of the boys on their team. made even worse by most of them being essentially strangers or a little intimidating. ]

Th-thank you for agreeing; I'm not sure how many points I'll be able to get for the team, and I think this'll help a lot! A-and I definitely couldn't ask anyone else!

[ she fidgets even more, if possible, once they're inside. nothing about her life had prepared her for asking to touch someone else's butt quite like this; does she do it quickly and get it over with, a light tap that only barely counts, or does it have to be at the same time? what if they do it wrong?? will the landlord come out and refuse them points? will she be called out for being unable to something so seemingly simple?

her mind's starting to go in circles as she wrings her hands, so she tries to focus on something else. instead, she blurts out what's in her direct line of sight. ]

Mhm! You're right--I don't think I could either even though I know a lot of our members...most are boys...

_{[ Kotori knew she wouldn't be doing a lot of the tasks if they were mean or doing anything bad, so this could help her team out a lot! She didn't know how to really go about this either, but Yachi changed the subject which distracted her from the task at hand. ]}

Thank you! I made it myself! I love making cute clothes that I can wear every day aside from idol outfits...
